Join us for a half day conference exploring key influential women in history as well as highlighting what everyday life was like for ordinary women during 1912-1922. There will also be an historical re-enactment and a poetry reading.
This events is being held in Fermanagh House from 10am until 1pm.
Participants are also invited to attend a fringe event at Enniskillen Castle from 1:00pm to view the exhibition: Suffragettes, Scholars, Sisters and Spies, the women of Fermanagh 100 years ago. This exhibition highlights Fermanagh’s forgotten and famous daughters from the early 20th Century.
