What is Hate Crime?- a criminal offence with prejudice, hostile, or hateful motivation towards a victim; or an incitement offence where certain actions are intended, or likely, to stir-up hatred or arouse fear.

Our draft findings will be open for public consultation from 8th January to the end of March 2020.
