Cancer Focus: free 6 week course. 5th March

The ‘ZEST FOR LIFE’ Cancer Focus six week course will return to Fermanagh House on Tuesdays from 5th March to 9th April 10.30am – 1pm. This is a free programme designed for people on a survival and recovery period in their cancer journey. The course aims to help identify positive lifestyle changes that will help improve physical and mental well-being.
